UAB ‘PORIX' was founded in Šiauliai in 2006.

The basic administrative and industrial buildings are located at 6 Šarūnas St., Šiauliai. The total area of the administrative and industrial premises comprises 1820 m², 1300 m² of which are intended for industrial premises and 520 m² are occupied by warehouses and front offices.

The industrial department is equipped with all new modern machinery necessary for the development of industrial activity.

The main activities of UAB ‘PORIX' are the following:

• equipment of urban, suburban and long-distance communication minibuses;

• equipment of minibuses intended for special destination;

• installation of conditioning and autonomic heating systems;

• assessment of vehicles.

Currently, UAB ‘PORIX' employs 20 qualified workers.

The major contracting authorities of UAB ‘PORIX' are the importers of such established car manufacturers in Lithuania as ‘Silberauto' (the representatives of Mercedes-Benz), UAB ‘Transmitto', UAB ‘Ivetra and Co' (the representatives of ‘Iveco'), transport and touring companies, as well as UAB ‘Hanza Leasing', UAB ‘Vilnius Bank Leasing', UAB ‘NORD/LB Leasing' and others.

The basic materials and accessories for manufacture are mostly imported from such foreign countries as Poland, Italy, Finland and Germany. UAB ‘PORIX' fulfils orders on the date fixed, provides high quality products and services and uses certified quality materials in manufacture.

The priority of the enterprise is quality in all its' activities and fulfilment of the demands of contracting authorities.
